777 Rasam Paste - 300 gm - Pepper Rasam

• A "must in the meal" from South India, rasam is made with small, acidic in nature and less spicy ingredients.
•   It is frequently served as a soup-like snack.  This rasam in a peppery version is a fantastic treat for chilly evenings.
• Thoroughly mix 1 teaspoon (10g) of this paste with 1 cup (150ml) of boiling hot water.
•   Pepper rasham prepared at home is ready to eat.  Perfect when matched with Sutta Appalam (roasted appalam) and cooked rice as Milagu Rasam Sadham.
