Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged upon delivery
- An incorrect product has been supplied
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing supporting photographic evidence and order details. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or customized products
- Used, altered, or tampered products
- Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
